SALES SUPERVISORS to lead our team of office-based and telecommuting sales representatives based in Tarlac and Toronto.

* Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume

* Implements outside sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

* Maintains sales volume, customer mix, by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

* Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

* Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

* Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

* Required language(s): English

* At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, public relations, finance

* Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

* Profiles leads and clients by gathering information on their needs and requirements

* Establishes and maintain current client and potential client relationships

* Presents and sells our menus and services to current and potential clients in relation to their needs

* Prepares action plans alongside the sales manager to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made

* Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from sponsored meals, networking events, etc

* Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned

* Coordinates with Order Desk regarding orders and estimates requests



* Proven track record in sales

* Willing to learn the catering and events industry in Toronto

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

* Call center experience handling a sales account or retention account on a night shift is a plus

* Must be aggressive, persistent, highly motivated, and goal oriented

* Must be smart and resourceful

* Has the ability to multitask

* Able to work independently and with a team



* Take telephone and email orders

* Enter orders into QuickBooks

* Create the appropriate internal paperwork needed for the company to properly address orders

* Handle customers’ inquiries and requests concerning orders

* Address complaints, keep track and direct these problems to the proper department

* Act as liaison between delivery &/or kitchen staff and customers

* Prepare invoices and process payments from customers

* Perform additional office duties as determined by the General Manager


* Minimum 2 years of Order Desk or Customer Service experience

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Events is a plus

* Strong customer service skills

* Experience in making sales calls or telemarketing

* Fluent in English; written and verbal

* Ability to work as part of a team and on an unsupervised manner

* Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

* Extremely organized

* Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information

* Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

* Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

* Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.

* Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures

* Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.

* Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.

* Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.





* Certified Public Accountant

* Preferably minimum of 5 years experience

* Knowledgeable in BIR compliances, Payroll Processing, Internal control, Financial Planning & Reports, A/R & A/P functions

* Knowledge in using Quickbooks is a plus

* Strategic planning, complex problem resolution

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills

* High level of interpersonal skills

* Must be organized, detail-oriented, and can work under pressure

* Can do multitasking, results driven, analytic, reliable, & a great team player

* Willing to work night shift on certain days of the month following business hours in Toronto, Canada when needed
